MANI Kalamata PDO single variety extra virgin olive oil is made solely from organic Koroneiki olives from the Kalamata region. The olive trees are traditionally managed and the olives harvested by hand. Cold extracted in local mills, this balanced oil is light green in colour with a fresh, fruity, mildly nutty aroma and distinctive peppery finish. A perfect accompaniment to fish, salad and roasted vegetables.

Lovely olive oil, worth sending to The New York International Olive Oil Competition (NYIOOC) which is an annual extra virgin olive oil competition founded in 2013 by Curtis Cord, the publisher of the trade journal Olive Oil Times.
Ive tried other olive oils but always prefer Kalamata. Use it for cooking and is especially nice paired with lemon juice in a dressing
